What is the Integrated Soccer League?

Formerly known under the pilot project as “IModel”, the ISL has been designed to serve youth competitive teams across Ontario’s Central, East, West, and South regions while also providing play-in opportunities from Northern Ontario. It is Ontario’s youth competitive regional soccer league serving UU14-U18 boys and girls teams within the LTPD Soccer for Life pathway. Designed to provide meaningful competition and development opportunities through a modern, player-centred approach, the ISL unites Clubs and District Associations across the province under a merit-based competition structure focused on long-term player development.

West Integrated Soccer League

The Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association (EMSA), Southwest Region Soccer Association (SWRSA), Lambton-Kent Soccer Association (LKSA), Essex County Soccer Association (ECSA) and play in from the Greater Norther Soccer Association (GNSA) make up the “West Integrated Soccer League” or WISL for short.

Age Groups & Level of Play

The league will feature boys’ and girls’ teams from the U14 to U18 age groups competing within Canada Soccer’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) “Soccer for Life” stream, positioned directly below the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL).
