Updates

Ontario Soccer is now an additional approver for applications where: 

• The age groups is U12 or U13
• The travel jurisdiction is Within Ontario, To Another Province or To the USA
• OS continues to serve as an approver for all travel with a Juristdiction of Outside of Canada and the USA

It is the responsibility of the club registrar or travel manager to ensure that the application has been filled out correctly for the team applying .The club will then approve the ATF.  EMSA will then be able to approve the permit providing that all fields in the ATF are filled out correctly. 

PLEASE NOTE: An ATF is not required to travel to/compete in Ontario Cup.
