The course is a requirement for:
- Coaches actively coaching in the Regional I-Model league who are on a Coach Development Plan
- Coaches working within grassroots age groups who are planning to progress to be a Head Coach in the Regional I-Model league or serve as an Assistant Coach for U13 OPDL
- Ontario Cup Head Coaches
