The Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association (EMSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of the following Referee League Assignors on a two-year contract basis:
• Traci Cummings & Neil Kendrick – EMDSL
• Matthew Hartman – WOSL & IModel
• Traci Cummings – LAWSL
• Art Pieterman – MMSL
With Matthew Hartman transitioning into an assignor role, EMSA has also updated the composition of the DRC Group to continue supporting referee development across the district. These appointments are also for a two-year term:
• Carlos Miranda – DRC
• Kayla Marcoux – Assistant DRC
• Matthew Hartman – Match Official Development Coordinator
EMSA thanks these individuals for their continued dedication to match officiating and referee development. Their experience and leadership will help ensure strong support for match officials and leagues across the district.
