Ontario Indoor Cup
While the Ontario Indoor Cup is a relatively young Soccer for Life compeition compared to the Outdoor MilkUP Ontario Cup - first contested in 1901 and recognized as one of Canada's oldest and most prestigious amateur sporting events - it has built its own proud legacy over 38 years since its inception in 1987.
The tournament has evolved from boarded facilities to the former SkyDome and now to modern, soccer-specific venues without boards. Today, it calls the Zanchin Automotive Soccer Centre in Vaughn - Canada's premier indoor facility - its home.
Growing interest in the indoor game has fueld strong demand for the Ontario Indoor Cup across most age divisions. The compeition begins with regional playsdowns across the province and culminates in the Championship Finals, hosted throughout January and February 2026 at the Zanchin Automotive Soccer Centre.

Ontario Futsal Cup
Futsal is the official FIFA and UEFA version of indoor 5-a-side soccer and the only internationally recognized small-sided format of the fame. It offers proven benefits for overall skill development of young players, enhancing physical literacy and sharpening technical skills such as dibbling, passing and ball control. Unlike traditional soccer played on grass or artificial turf, futsal is played on a hard-court surface, creating a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ontario Soccer has identified futsal as a major priority in its 2022-2026 Strategic Plan, with a clear commitment to growing and developing the sport through innovative programs, services and initiatives.
