Please be advised that Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held:
WHEN: Sunday October 3rd, 2021 registration at 12:30pm, meeting commences 100pm
WHERE: BMO Centre – 295 Rectory Street, London, ON
Due to COVID-19 and London Middlesex public health directives, we will be making make spacing adjustments for compliance and above all, provide a safe environment and choice for delegates who have chosen to attend in person. Further details on this will follow.
NOMINATIONS:
Board of Directors positions up for election, at the 2021 EMSA AGM are:
Vice President (Current Danny Clarke)
Secretary (Current Karen King)
Director-at-Large (Current Michelle Orsini)
Nominations for Board Positions must be received in writing by midnight September 3, 2021. Nominations should include the name of the nominee, the club or league making the nomination, and the position being nominated for. Nominations will be accepted by email, admin@emsadistrict.com
Nominations will only be accepted from a District Club or League in good standing. A list of nominations will be published 15 days prior to the AGM. Nominees can provide a resume and/or a letter of position that will be posted 15 days prior to the AGM.
The above positions are elected by ballot for a two-year term.
