EMSA 2025 Schedule of Fees Update
As many clubs are already aware, Ontario and Canada Soccer have passed the following player fee increases for the 2025 Outdoor Soccer Season. As we know many of you are in the budgeting process for next season, we want to pass on the following information that has been passed by the Board and will be presented at the AMM in the fall.
Canada Soccer has approved a $4.00 increase per player in their levy, going from $9.00 a player to $13.00 a player. Please note that Ontario Soccer was one of the few provinces to vote against this increase.
Ontario Soccer has approved a 3.5% Emergency Reserve Fund Levy on all player registrations.
Ontario Soccer is currently proposing no cost-of-living increase on its fees for 2025.
The EMSA District is in a good financial position and has passed a motion that the EMSA 2025 Schedule of Fees will be maintained at the 2024 levels, other than a pass through of the $4.00 Canada Soccer Levy increase. If this levy changes, any decrease or increase will be passed through to the player registration fees.
For Clubs this will mean a $4.00 increase in all player registration fees as it currently stands for the 2025 Outdoor Season.
