Discipline Hearings are held each Thursday eveing beginning at 7 PM. Please bring your player card with you to the hearing or you will be returning to the EMSA office to have your suspension recorded in your book. |

Below is the step by step process for your coaches or managers to use when applying for the 2009 Ontario Cup.
1) The Ontario Indoor Cup Application form is on line.
This form is to be filled out and submitted on line. Please ensure you have completed it and have provided your club's email address.
2) Once the OSA receives your submission, they will email your club and request approval.
3) The club approves your application entry and notifies the District by email.
4)The District then uses the Switchboard and approves the application on - line.
5)You have three payment options,
Credit Card done on line at the time the application is submitted.
Payment by cheque directly to the OSA. This payment must be received by March 30, 2009.
Payment by cheque to the District by March 30, 2009.
There are no exceptions to this deadline. Failure to complete these tasks will result in your application being denied.
EMSA REQUIRES PROOF OF PAYMENT BEFORE DISTRICT APPROVAL
