IN ORDER TO HOST AN EXHIBITION GAME
YOU MUST APPLY FOR THE GAME AND INCLUDE ALL TEAMS THAT WILL BE PLAYING
HAVE YOUR CLUB APPROVE THE HOSTING OF THE GAME AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE GAME
(this allows time for corrections to be made- and for the other teams to get approval from their club district.)
ALL TEAMS MUST BE REGISTERED IN ORDER TO PLAY THESE GAMES
IT IS YOUR CLUB'S BEST INTEREST TO MAKE SURE THE OTHER TEAMS ARE REGISTERED AND HAVE APPROVAL FOR THESE GAMES |
