Please be advised that the date for the EMSA Regional U13/U14 spots are as follows
U13 Girls spot - September 14th & 15th
U14 Girls spot *- September 14th & 15th
U13 Boys spot - September 14th & 15th
U14 Boys spot *- September 14th & 15th
The same format as last year will be used, one spot for each age and gender will be available to EMSA Clubs. The London Whitecap's program will be granted one spot for each age and each gender.
Please complete the application and return to the EMSA office along with payment
* Please note that due to a possible conflict with Ontario Cup on September 14th, if there is a conflict with any teams registered with Ontario Cup the next date will be September 21st & 22nd
